  • photographs supplied for programme use.

Public programme information may remain available as part of the artistic, institutional, and historical record of p.c.p. and its associated festival.

 

5. Photography, Recording and Documentation

 

Programme and festival activities may be photographed, filmed, audio-recorded, or livestreamed for documentation, archival, communication, and programme-presentation purposes.

 

Where additional permissions are required for specific uses of audiovisual material, these will be addressed separately through the conditions of participation or an appropriate consent procedure.

 

6. Access, Processing Platforms and Retention

 

Applications are submitted through Tally, which processes application data on behalf of .abeceda Institute.

 

Personal data may be accessed by authorised members of the p.c.p. and .abeceda Institute team and, where necessary, by persons involved in the selection, organisation, or delivery of the programme.

 

Personal data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including application assessment, programme administration, institutional record-keeping, and compliance with legal, contractual, or accounting obligations.

 

The necessity of retaining personal data is reviewed periodically. Information that is no longer required for an applicable purpose may be deleted or anonymised.

 

Public programme information and documentation may be retained for longer periods as part of the artistic, institutional, and historical record of p.c.p. and its associated festival.
